Adela Haunted Tours wants guests with disabilities to have meaningful access to our website, information, and experiences. Because many tours take place in historic buildings, cemeteries, outdoor areas, trails, jails, ships, or independently operated venues, accessibility features and physical conditions vary by location.

Requesting an Accommodation

Please contact us as early as reasonably possible before purchasing or attending so we can discuss your needs and the specific conditions of the experience. Tell us:

• The accommodation or access information you need.
• The best way to contact you.

We will engage in a good-faith discussion and provide a reasonable modification or effective alternative when reasonably available and legally required. We cannot guarantee that every historic or third-party location can be physically modified, and we will not make a change that would create a direct safety threat, fundamentally alter the experience, violate a venue restriction, or cause an undue burden as defined by applicable law.

Physical Accessibility Information

Each event page should identify known conditions such as:

• Walking distance and expected standing time.
• Stairs, steep grades, uneven ground, gravel, roots, or narrow passages.
• Wheelchair-accessible entrances, routes, seating, and restrooms, when available.
• Low-light, loud-sound, confined-space, temperature, or sensory conditions.
• Rest opportunities and availability of seating.
• Whether a support person or mobility device can be accommodated.

If information is missing, please contact us before booking. We will check with the location and provide the best information reasonably available.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcomed as required by applicable law. Because some experiences occur at third-party sites or in environments with unusual safety conditions, please contact us in advance when possible so we can coordinate an accessible and safe route. Pets and emotional-support animals that do not qualify as service animals may be subject to separate venue rules.

Companions and Personal Assistance

If a guest needs a personal care attendant or support person, contact us before purchase to discuss ticketing, capacity, and venue requirements. Adela guides cannot provide personal care, mobility assistance, medication management, or medical supervision.

Website Accessibility

We aim to make adelahauntedtours.com usable by a broad audience, including people who use assistive technology. We work to improve features such as keyboard navigation, readable contrast, meaningful headings, alternative text, descriptive links, and accessible forms.
